Rushall: The Rushall canal runs from the Tame Valley canal at Rushall Junction up to Longwood Junction where it meets the Daw end canal. It has nine locks and passes through some scenic country side with some nice pubs situated along the route. One of these pubs is the Manor Arms found at Park Road, Rushall, Walsall, WS4 1LG. Tel: 01922 624491. In the last two hundred years it was a stabling place for the canal bargees, who kept the pubs' three fires burning free of charge. As far as people know there has never been a counter. In the 1950's the barrels were free standing and the toilets were outside. There are now inside toilets and the cellar was built backing on to the canal.
